What Autovex is

Autovex is a free comparison and information service for performance cars. You can browse and compare without an account. Some features may later be offered as a paid service, and those will be governed by the terms shown at the point of purchase.

Accuracy, and what this is not

Specifications, prices, valuations, running costs, scores and editorial judgements are compiled from public sources and our own analysis. They are estimates provided for guidance only. They may be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong, and market values move.

Nothing on Autovex is financial, legal, insurance or purchasing advice, and it is not a substitute for inspecting a car or taking professional advice. Always verify details with a dealer or specialist before making a decision.

Acceptable use

• Use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Do not scrape, bulk-download, systematically extract or resell our data, or use automated tools to copy the site.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or its data.

Intellectual property

Our content, analysis, design and branding belong to Autovex. Manufacturer names, logos and third-party 3D models belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and illustration only. Autovex is an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer.

Third-party links and embedded content

We may link to or embed content from other providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular car or comparison will remain available.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you take in reliance on the information on this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
